Less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

Source of Data and Requirement to Provide Data Your personal data has been provided to us by you in connection with your activities on the bedrouse.com website or other online platforms operated by BEDROUSE, through booking accommodations on the BEDROUSE portal, using our contact forms, granting marketing consents, agreeing to receive commercial information, or through other means, including email correspondence or phone calls. Categories of Processed Data We process the following personal data: name, contact information (residential address, email address, phone number), payment details, date of birth, and the names of individuals traveling with you. What Is the Legal Basis for Processing Your Personal Data? The legal basis for processing personal data is the performance of a contract between BEDROUSE and the client, which necessitates the processing of personal data (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), compliance with BEDROUSE’s legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), the pursuit of the legitimate interests of the Administrator as outlined above (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and your consent, where it has been provided for specific actions (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
How Long Will Your Personal Data Be Retained? All personal data will be processed no longer than necessary. Generally, personal data is processed for the duration of the contract and afterward for the period required for tax purposes or until claims become time-barred, unless legal regulations require the deletion of personal data at a different time. When the processing of personal data is based on your consent, the data is processed until consent is withdrawn and the period for claims expires. Data processed based on BEDROUSE’s legitimate interest will be processed until an objection is raised, deemed valid, or until the legitimate interest ceases.
